Returns and Repairs
We do not accept returns. We do offer repairs on jewelry. You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us, and for us to deliver the item back to you. All components(pieces as sold), must be returned with the item. If a component is broken, you are responsible for the fee to have it replaced. Repair fees for each item will range. We will have all of the details established before you ship your item back to us, and it will be followed up with a email confirmation. We love to work with our customers, so that you will be a returning customer. All of our jewelry is inspected and must pass The Five Durability Tests. We do not believe in getting over on the people who support us. Traditional tie on Waist Beads can not be repaired. Contact us by phone and email for your records. We pride ourselves on Honesty and Fairness.
What to look for once your order has been placed?
Check your email for a confirmation notice and receipt. Any misspelling in your email address, will affect whether you receive an email confirmation and receipt. Please note, once a order has been placed, we can not cancel or make any changes to your order.
How to track my order?
When your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a email with a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number. You will then be able to track your shipment.
When will my shipment arrive?
Orders generally ship 2-10 business days after your purchase. Your order will ship out using the delivery choice you choose at checkout. We ship via USPS.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 Business Days
USPS Priority+Rush: 1-2 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 5-12 Business Days

If you have not received your order and the tracking says shipped, you will need to contact USPS with your tracking number to get more information. If the signature confirmation shows that your package was signed for, you will need to contact USPS. We do not accept responsibility for any item once it leaves our store.
Jessie Benella is no responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages. You will need to contact USPS to file a claim.
Please provide the correct shipping address when checking out. If a package is returned to Jessie Benella, you will be sent a additional invoice to cover new shipping costs. Please give us time to receive the returned item, before we are able to ship your item to the correct address.
If you entered the wrong address while checking out, your package will be shipped to the address you entered. Unless the item is returned to us, you will have to place another order for a item.
If you are checking out with PayPal, please make sure PayPal has your correct address on file. We ship to the address provided on file. Once the order has shipped it is no longer our responsibility. If your item has not shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your information.
